AUSTIN, Texas, Aug. 20 -- Gov. Greg Abbott, R-Texas, issued the following news release on Aug. 19, 2021:
Governor Greg Abbott today announced that Odessa, having completed the multi-step certification process, has been designated as a Music Friendly Community by the Texas Music Office (TMO).
