U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) joined several of her Senate colleagues in sending a letter--led by Senator Marco Rubio (R-Fla.)--to U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin demanding a full account of U.S. military equipment left behind in Afghanistan, which has already or risks falling into the hands of the Taliban and their terrorist allies.
