WASHINGTON, Aug. 17 -- Rep. Michael Turner, R-Ohio, issued the following news release:
"President Biden's speech ignored the reality that Afghanistan will now be a sanctuary for terrorist groups.
He has passed this terrorist threat onto future Presidents and generations," said Turner.
"Furthermore, Biden continues to underplay the situation in Afghanistan by calling it merely a "situation" or referring to it as "messy.&quo . . .
