The second round of expanded Child Tax Credit checks are hitting bank accounts for millions across Pennsylvania this week, money in the pockets of working families that not a single republican in Congress voted for.
Starting this past Friday, the monthly payment of up to $300 per child went directly into Pennsylvanians' bank accounts from the expanded Child Tax Credit . . .
