CAMDEN, New Jersey, Aug. 12 -- American Water, a water and wastewater company, issued the following news release:
New Jersey American Water will replace approximately 1,900 feet of aging water main in Washington Borough starting next week. The company will upgrade the aging 4-inch cast iron water lines that were installed in the 1920's with new 8-inch ductile iron main along Johnston Street from Grand Avenue to Taylor Street.
