WASHINGTON, Aug. 10 -- Sen. Jon Ossoff, D-Georgia, issued the following news release on Aug. 9, 2021:
U.S. Senators Jon Ossoff and Reverend Raphael Warnock announced more than $1.2 million dollars for the Brunswick Golden Isles Airport.
The funding, which comes from the American Rescue Plan passed in March, will provide economic relief funds to help cover airport operations, maintain personnel, and prevent the spread of COVID-19.
