WASHINGTON, Aug. 10 -- Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, issued the following news release on Aug. 9, 2021:
U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) announced today that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) through the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) has awarded $4 million to help combat substance use and opioid use disorders in rural communities in Ohio. $3 million comes from HRSA's Rural Communities Opioid Response Program (RCORP) and has been awarded . . .
