RICHMOND, Virginia, Aug. 10 -- Rep. A. Donald McEachin, D-Virginia, issued the following news release on Aug. 9, 2021:
Congressman A. Donald McEachin (VA-04) announced two grants for Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) in Virginia's Fourth Congressional District.
