Texas Gov. Abbott Appoints Valdez to Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority Board of Directors

AUSTIN, Texas, Aug. 9 -- Gov. Greg Abbott, R-Texas, issued the following news release:

Governor Greg Abbott has appointed Emanuel Valdez to the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority Board of Directors (GBRA) for a term set to expire on February 1, 2023. GBRA oversees water resources for the communities in its 10 county district.

Emanuel Valdez of New Braunfels is the Software Consulting Manager with BMC Software, INC.
