WASHINGTON, Aug. 6 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following news release on Aug. 5, 2021:
U.S. Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) urged West Virginians without health insurance to apply for coverage during the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Special Enrollment Period that ends in 10 days, on August 15th, 2021. Since the beginning of the year, more than 19,000 West Virginians have signed up for healthcare coverage under the ACA.
