WASHINGTON, Aug. 6 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following news release on Aug. 5, 2021:
U.S. Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV), members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced $4,871,040 from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) for Head Start and Early Head Start programs across West Virginia.
