WASHINGTON, Aug. 5 -- Sen. Jerry Moran, R-Kansas, issued the following news release on Aug. 4, 2021:
U.S. Senator Jerry Moran (R-Kan.) - member of the Senate Appropriations Committee - today announced four U.S. Department of Education grants totaling $1,718,945 for higher education institutions in Kansas. The grants will support the Federal TRIO Talent Search Program over the next five years to identify and assist students from disadvantaged backgrounds with the potential to succeed . . .
