U.S. Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Rob Portman (R-OH) announced the inclusion of their bipartisan, bicameral Finish the Appalachian Development Highway System (ADHS) Act in the bipartisan infrastructure agreement negotiated by 22 bipartisan Senators.
