WASHINGTON, Aug. 4 -- Rep. Ted Budd, R-North Carolina, issued the following news release:
Rep. Ted Budd (R-NC) has co-sponsored H.R. 3269, the Federal Initiative to Guarantee Health by Targeting (FIGHT) Fentanyl Act. The bill would make the current temporary classification of fentanyl as a Schedule I substance permanent.
