U.S. Senators Chris Van Hollen and Ben Cardin and Congressmen Jamie Raskin and David Trone (all D-Md.) announced $1,915,270 in American Rescue Plan funding to increase access to mental and behavioral health and substance use rehabilitation services in Montgomery County.
