WASHINGTON, Aug. 3 -- Rep. Robert C. Scott, D-Virginia, chairman of the House Education and Labor Committee, issued the following statement on Aug. 2, 2021, after the Biden-Harris administration released a School Reopening Roadmap to help schools reopen safely for in-person instruction:
