WASHINGTON, July 31 -- Sen. Jon Ossoff, D-Georgia, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Jon Ossoff is working to secure additional funding for new C-130J military aircraft in this year's National Defense Authorization Act, which are produced in Marietta, Georgia.
In a letter earlier this year, Sen. Ossoff and a bipartisan group of Senators led the push to boost C-130J production, noting their critical role in protecting national defense.
