WASHINGTON, July 31 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following news release on July 30, 2021:
U.S. Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV), members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced $300,000 from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) to West Virginia State University, a Historically Black College and University (HBCU), for environmental research.
