WASHINGTON, July 30 -- Sen. Roger Marshall, R-Kansas, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Roger Marshall, M.D. sent a letter to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Assistant Administrator Dr. Michal Freedhoff urging her to ensure pesticide registrations and rulemakings are based on proven science to prevent producers from being subject to unnecessary and burdensome regulations. In part, the letter reads:
