Sen. Grassley, Colleagues Introduce Legislation to Uphold Navigable Waters Protection Rule

WASHINGTON, July 30 -- Sen. Charles E. Grassley, R-Iowa, issued the following news release on July 29, 2021:

Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) today joined his colleagues in introducing legislation to codify the 2020 Navigable Waters Protection Rule (NWPR). The Navigable Waters Protection Act of 2021 will make a workable definition of the rule permanent, provide certainty to Iowans.
