Rep. Panetta (D-Carmel Valley) and Rep. Bill Pascrell (D-NJ-09), led members of the House Ways and Means Committee in sending a letter to Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Commissioner Charles P. Rettig asking they do everything possible to ensure that parents and caregivers who welcomed a child into their household in 2021 receive the Child Tax Credit (CTC). . . .
