WASHINGTON, July 30 -- Rep. Rick Allen, R-Georgia, issued the following news release:
Congressman Rick W. Allen (GA-12) introduced H.R. 4734, the American Science First Act, legislation that prohibits the National Science Foundation (NSF) from providing grants to any individual or entity that is affiliated or has a relationship with a Chinese Communist Military Company.
