WASHINGTON, July 29 -- Rep. Henry C. 'Hank' Johnson Jr., D-Georgia, issued the following news release:

Congressman Hank Johnson (GA-04) and Sen. Chris Murphy (CT) on Wednesday introduced the Supreme Court Ethics Act requiring the Judicial Conference of the United States to create a code of ethical conduct for the Supreme Court of the United States.
