The Senate Veterans Affairs Committee (SVAC) unanimously passed the VA Provider Accountability Act, bipartisan legislation introduced by U.S. Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV), Jerry Moran (R-KS), Bill Cassidy (R-LA), Susan Collins (R-ME) and John Boozman (R-AR).
