WASHINGTON, July 29 -- Rep. Ted Budd, R-North Carolina, issued the following news release:
Rep. Ted Budd (R-NC) has proposed an amendment to H.R. 4373 that would prohibit any foreign assistance provided by American taxpayers from being used to pay bonuses or pensions to the family of dead Palestinian terrorists.
The bill is similar to Rep. Budd's Iron Dome Reinforcement Act and No Bonuses for Terrorist Act.
