Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur (OH-09) announced Lorain County Community College (LCCC) had been awarded a competitive federal grant of $2.1 million through the U.S. Department of Education's Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund established by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act).
