WASHINGTON, July 28 -- Sen. Richard Burr, R-North Carolina, ranking member of the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee, issued the following statement on July 27, 2021, after an announcement from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention issuing guidance on mask wearing:
