ALBANY, New York, July 24 (TNSPer) -- Albany Medical College issued the following news release:
Infectious diseases expert Alan Sanders, M.D. has joined Albany Med as chief of the Division of Infectious Diseases.
Dr. Sanders has a special interest in surgical-associated infections, the wide array of severe hospital- and community-acquired infections, and in improving the use of antibiotics to decrease the potential for antibiotic resistance.
