BOSTON, Massachusetts, July 21 -- The Acting U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts, Nathaniel R. Mendell, issued the following news release on July 20, 2021:
A Worcester psychiatrist was arrested yesterday on charges that he illegally prescribed controlled substances to patients and submitted false reimbursement claims to defraud the Medicare program.
