During the July 8th meeting of the Columbia County Republican Women, Congressman Jody Hice (GA-10) presented David Titus with the Hice Headliner Award. An Army officer veteran and former Columbia County commissioner, David serves as president of the board of directors for Columbia County Cares Food Pantry.
