STATESBORO, Georgia, July 16 -- The Acting U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Georgia, David H. Estes, issued the following news release on July 15, 2021:

An Emanuel County woman who admitted creating a fake business and using it to receive funding from a federal COVID-19 small business relief program has been sentenced in federal court.
