Congressman Bob Latta (R-OH5) penned a letter to the United States Social Security Administration (SSA) Deputy Commissioner for Operations Grace Kim requesting SSA offices reopen to the public and employees discontinue working remotely because they are currently unable to fulfill their public obligation to provide essential services in a timely manner.
