PORTLAND, Oregon, July 15 -- The Acting U.S. Attorney for the District of Oregon, Scott Erik Asphaug, issued the following news release on July 14, 2021:
An indictment was unsealed in federal court today charging a Portland entrepreneur with fraudulently applying for and converting to his personal use loans intended to help small businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Peter Peacock Blood, 57, has been charged with two counts of loan fraud.
