Rep. Annie Kuster (NH-02) released the following statement ahead of the first enhanced Child Tax Credit payments created by the Kuster-backed American Rescue Plan. The new benefit, enacted to support working families as the nation recovers and rebuilds from the COVID-19 pandemic, will begin on July 15th and continue monthly through the end of 2021.
