HENRICO, Virginia, July 14 -- Rep. Abigail Spanberger, D-Virginia, issued the following news release:
U.S. Representative Abigail Spanberger led the introduction of a bipartisan bill that would prohibit insurers and pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) from hurting hospitals and clinics that participate in the federal 340B Drug Pricing Program.
