NASS - Virginia Field Office: Virginia Winter Wheat Production Forecast Up 1% From 2020

RICHMOND, Virginia, July 13 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural Statistics Service - Virginia Field Office issued the following news release:

Virginia farmers expect to harvest 7.88 million bushels of winter wheat during 2021 according to the Virginia Field Office of USDA's National Agricultural Statistics Service. The expected crop for 2021 would be up 1% from the previous year. The forecast was based on crop conditions as of July 1 and increased . . .
