NASHVILLE, Tennessee, July 13 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural Statistics Service - Tennessee Field Office issued the following news release:
According to the Tennessee Field Office of the USDA's National Agricultural Statistics Service Tennessee farmers expect to produce 23.7 million bushels of winter wheat from 320,000 acres for harvest this season. At this level, production would be up 75% from 2020 and up 7% from the June forecast.
