OLYMPIA, Washington, July 13 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural Statistics Service - Northwest Regional Field Office issued the following news release:
Winter Wheat
Based on July 1, 2021 conditions, production of winter wheat in Idaho is forecast at 57.0 million bushels, down 4 percent from the June 1 forecast and down 15 percent from last year. Harvested area, at 670,000 acres, is up 10,000 acres from 2020. Yield is expected to be 85.0 b . . .
