Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur (OH-09), Chair of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Energy and Water Development, released the following statement regarding the U.S. Department of Energy awarding $2 million to Cleveland, OH's Eaton Corporation, and $1.6 million to Lakewood, OH's NeoGraf Solutions LLC in support of their efforts to develop clean hydrogen technologies.
