HONOLULU, Hawaii, July 10 -- Gov. David Ige, D-Hawaii, issued the following news release on July 9, 2021:
Gov. David Ige announced today that starting Thursday, July 15, 2021 travelers from the Philippines and from South Korea's Incheon International Airport may bypass the State of Hawaii's mandatory 10-day quarantine if they take a COVID-19 test from a trusted testing partner.
