OMAHA, Nebraska, July 9 (TNSRes) -- Creighton University issued the following news release:
The history of the American jury trial system, and its use as a tool of exclusion and racial oppression, is the subject of a summer research project undertaken by Raneta Mack, JD, professor of law at Creighton.
The research will contribute to a book she is writing, tentatively titled, Unpacking Race in the American Jury System: Cases, Readings, and Perspectives.
