WASHINGTON, July 9 -- Rep. Robert C. Scott, D-Virginia, chairman of the House Education and Labor Committee, issued the following fact sheet:
In 2018, 4.4 million of young people ages 16 to 24 were disconnected from both school and work, representing a steady, eight-year decline in youth disconnection rates.
