WASHINGTON, July 2 -- Rep. John Moolenaar, R-Michigan, issued the following news release:
Congressman John Moolenaar has signed on as a cosponsor of the Harriet Tubman Bicentennial Commemorative Coin Act, which would direct the Department of the Treasury to mint and issue $5 gold coins, $1 silver coins, and half-dollar coins depicting Harriet Tubman's legacy as an abolitionist. Under the legislation, the coins would be minted to commemorate next year's bicentennial of Tubm . . .
