The House of Representatives advanced the Metro Accountability and Investment Act, legislation authored by Congressman Gerry Connolly (D-VA) that would reauthorize the Passenger Rail Investment Improvement Act (PRIIA) Funding, adopt Metro reforms, and support Inspector General autonomy. The legislation was included in the INVEST Act, and is cosponsored by Majority Leader Steny H. Hoy . . .
