CHARLESTON, West Virginia, July 1 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following news release on June 30, 2021:
U.S. Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV), members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced $16,643,270 from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) for Head Start and Early Head Start programs across West Virginia.
