U.S. Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV), members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced $1,249,080 to the West Virginia Adjutant General's Office through the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
