WASHINGTON, July 1 -- The Federal Labor Relations Authority issued the following news release:
President Joseph R. Biden, Jr. has announced his intent to nominate Ernest DuBester to be Chair of the Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA). Initially appointed and renominated by President Barack Obama, renominated again by President Donald Trump, and unanimously confirmed by the U.S. Senate to all three previous terms, Chairman DuBester has served as an FLRA Member since August 2009. . . .
