WASHINGTON, July 1 -- Rep. Elaine Luria, D-Virginia, issued the following news release on June 30, 2021:
Congresswoman Elaine Luria today voted for H.Res. 503, which would establish a Select Committee to investigate the attack on the U.S. Capitol on January 6. The 13-member panel is tasked with investigating and reporting "upon the facts, circumstances, and causes relating to the January 6, 2021, domestic terrorist attack upon the United States Capitol."
