WASHINGTON, June 30 -- Rep. Ted Budd, R-North Carolina, issued the following news release:
Rep. Ted Budd (R-NC) has proposed an amendment to H.R. 3005 to expedite the installation of the statue of the Reverend William Franklin ''Billy'' Graham, Jr. into the U.S. Capitol's Statuary Hall.
