Congressman Sanford D. Bishop, Jr. (GA-02) welcomed Administrator Isabella Casillas Guzman of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) to the Tubman Museum in Macon, Georgia, for a roundtable with community and business leaders to discuss the impact of SBA's ongoing COVID-19 small business relief efforts, including the American Rescue Plan (ARP).
